I recently wanted to add a TT15 collar to my Garmin Pro 550 +. Garmin replaced the TT15 with a TT15x. I didn't need the TT15x since my other collar was a TT15. Double U had them in stock and shipped immediately. I received it a day earlier than was expected. I missed a step when trying to pair it with the handheld so I called them and the conversation was extremely pleasant. When I got off the phone I was sure it was my fault and not a defective collar. After reviewing the process again, I realized what I did and the pairing went perfect. They also gave me some tips when I talked to them. All in all it was a really positive buying experience from start to finish.
