The Double U GPS Protection Plan is designed to help protect your GPS tracking and training equipment while providing direct support from the team you trust.

Whether you're running Garmin or Dogtra equipment, the Double U GPS Protection Plan gives you access to faster replacement assistance, protection from qualifying failures and field damage, and continued support through our Five-Year Double U Support Promise.

Unlike traditional warranty programs, our goal is simple:

What's Included?

Every Double U GPS Protection Plan includes:

Manufacturer & Electronic Failure Coverage

Coverage includes qualifying failures such as:

• GPS receiver failures

• Battery failures

• Charging port failures

• Charging system failures

• Button failures

• Antenna failures

• Internal electronic failures

• Display failures not caused by physical impact

• Manufacturer defects

• Other approved electronic component failures

Manufacturer & Electronic Failure Coverage remains active throughout the Protection Period.

Hunt Damage Protection

The Double U GPS Protection Plan includes additional coverage for damage not covered under the manufactures warranty.   Limited to One approved Hunt Damage Protection replacement benefit during the Protection Period.

Examples of qualifying damage may include:

• Animal damage, (Dog Chewing, hanging up on Dog box)

• Wildlife-related damage

• Bear damage

• Cougar damage

• Hog damage

• Water damage

• Impact damage (broken screen)

• Accidental field damage

After a Hunt Damage Protection claim has been used,  Electronic Failure Coverage remains active for the remainder of the Protection Period.

Both plans include Manufacturer & Electronic Failure Coverage, Hunt Damage Protection, and the Five-Year Double U Support Promise.

Five-Year Double U Support Promise

Every Double U GPS Protection Plan includes our Five-Year Double U Support Promise.

Even after your Protection Period expires, you can continue working directly with Double U for replacement assistance for up to five years from the original purchase date of your covered device.

This allows customers to continue working with Double U instead of navigating manufacturer service channels on their own.

Replacement assistance provided under the Five-Year Double U Support Promise is subject to applicable deductibles and program terms.

• Reduced Protection Period deductibles

• Reduced Five-Year Support Promise deductibles

To qualify for VIP deductible benefits, customers must be active Leader of the Pack Members when the Protection Plan is purchased and maintain active membership status when a claim is submitted.

If membership is inactive at the time of a claim, Protection Plan coverage remains active and standard deductibles apply.

Important Program Limitations

The Double U GPS Protection Plan is designed to complement manufacturer warranties and provide additional support through Double U Hunting Supply.

The following are not covered:

• Lost equipment

• Theft

• Intentional damage

• Fraudulent claims

• Unauthorized modifications

• Cosmetic-only damage

• Improper use

• Neglect

All claims are subject to review and approval.

Coverage is attached to the covered device by Serial Number,  and begins on the original purchase date. Protection Plan benefits, deductibles, coverage periods, and replacement eligibility are subject to current program terms and conditions.

By purchasing a Double U GPS Protection Plan, customers acknowledge and agree to the program terms in effect at the time of purchase.
