Quick Overview

Double U Insurance Program- For new Purchases of Garmin products in addition to the 1-year manufacturer warranty, members will receive an additional 1-year DU Insurance for Garmin devices (deductibles apply).

Devices must have been purchased new condition  from Double U by the member to qualify for Insurance.  Only New devices are covered for this program,  Used Devices, and Repair services are not covered under this plan.  

               Handheld Deductibles (Months 13-24)

$125 for 1st  handheld in a calendar year (Manufacturer defect problems)

$175 for 2nd handheld in a calendar year (Manufacturer defect problems)

$200 for 3 or more handhelds in a calendar year (Manufacturer defect problems)

$200 Deductible for physically damaged handhelds

 

               Collar Deductibles (Months 13-24)

$75 for first collar in a calendar year (Manufacturer defect problems)

$100 for 2nd collar in a calendar year (Manufacturer defect problems)

$150 for 3 or more collars in a calendar year (Manufacturer defect problems)

$150 Deductible for physically damaged collars

 

Expedited Replacement Process

               Members repairs will be prioritized in our shipping replacement program.  (Example: Members will be exempt from photo requirements showing proof of packaging).  Ask us for more details.  Members can use one of their 4 return shipping labels.  Limitations to this program may apply if secure packaging is not used. Do not use small flat rate boxes or envelopes. 

 

Return Shipping Labels

Members can request a return label up to 4 times per year. This can be for trade in, repair, customer service exchanges or refunds.  (Valid for US addresses only)      

 

Reward Points Bonus

When you become a member, you'll earn an additional 1% in reward points on all your purchases. 

Our current reward points system you earn 2% in points if your total lifetime purchases exceed $2000, and 1% if lifetime purchases are under $2000.     (For members  you would earn 3% for customers with over 2000 in lifetime purchases,  and 2% for those under 2000 in lifetime purchases.)

 

Trade In Bonus – 10% bonus trade credit (based on current trade in values at time of trade in)

 

Free shipping – Members will receive free shipping on their orders. (Valid for US shipping only).

 

Monthly Giveaway or Raffle

               Every month, Double U will choose to do ONE of the following for all paid members:

Option A:  Raffle for a prize (minimum total prize(s) value $200)

Option B:  Gift packages sent out to every member (ex: a subscription box)

Option C:  Discount code provided for members only.

Option D Members receive a Gift card.

 

Clothing Discount Members receive 10% discount on clothing. 

 

Priority Pre-Order List. 

  We will allocate and prioritize new products or pre-order products based on First Come First Serve.  Membership should get products quicker than standard orders. 

 

Priority on any Back Orders

  We will allocate and prioritize any back ordered products based on the Membership list first and order date.  Membership should get products quicker than standard orders. 

 

Priority Customer Support With Full Texting Support

Members will have Texting Access Number

Your Cell Number will be entered into our Address book as a VIP account allowing you access to communicate and Place orders and handle Repairs over Text messages.

 We will Also make sure to prioritize customers enrolled in the membership program for all customer service and tech support issues, especially during peak hours or when short-staffed.

 

Double U reserves the right to cancel or amend any part of this program at any time.  Double U also reserves the right to cancel or suspend any membership.
