Double U Gear Concierge: Repairs & Replacements

When qualifying Garmin equipment purchased from Double U stops working, contact us first. We’ll troubleshoot the issue and work to get a replacement in your hands quickly—either directly from Double U or by contacting Garmin and handling the service process on your behalf.

For example, if a handheld or collar stops working, we’ll help diagnose the problem. If a replacement is needed, we can often send one within a few days and have you return the broken equipment to Garmin using an RMA we set up. You get your replacement quickly, and we’ll wait the additional time for Garmin to process and replace the broken device—saving you time and hassle.

VIP Priority Support & Texting

VIP members receive access to a dedicated texting number for faster, more convenient service. Your cell number will be saved in our VIP contact list, allowing you to text our team with questions, place orders, request technical support, and manage repairs.

VIP members are prioritized for customer service and technical support, especially during peak hours or periods of limited staffing. It is personal, direct access to the Double U team when you need help.

Double U Insurance Program

Eligible Garmin devices purchased from Double U during an active VIP membership are automatically enrolled in the Double U Insurance Program.

In addition to Garmin’s one-year manufacturer’s warranty, qualifying devices receive an additional year of Double U coverage for months 13–24. (Deductibles apply.)

To use Double U Insurance coverage or other program benefits, your VIP membership must remain active. If your membership expires or becomes inactive, coverage and benefits are no longer available.

Certain products may be grandfathered into the program during an approved enrollment period.

Handheld Deductibles: Months 13–24

• First handheld in a calendar year—manufacturer defect: $200
• Second handheld in a calendar year—manufacturer defect: $255
• Third and subsequent handhelds in a calendar year—manufacturer defect: $275
• Physically damaged handheld: $275

 

Collar Deductibles: Months 13–24

• First collar in a calendar year—manufacturer defect: $125
• Second collar in a calendar year—manufacturer defect: $150
• Third and subsequent collars in a calendar year—manufacturer defect: $200
• Physically damaged collar: $200

 

Replacement Options for Older Garmin Devices

Garmin devices purchased from Double U between 25 and 60 months ago may qualify for replacement:

·         Handheld deductible: $275

·         Collar deductible: $200

All replacements require approval and are limited to products that Garmin still supports or services.

Four Return Shipping Labels Each Year

VIP members may request up to four prepaid return shipping labels per year for qualifying trade-ins, repairs, customer-service exchanges, or returns.

Extra Reward Points on Every Purchase

VIP members earn an additional 1% in reward points on every purchase:

·         Members with $2,000 or less in lifetime purchases earn 2% total.

·         Members with more than $2,000 in lifetime purchases earn 3% total.

Priority Access to Preorders

VIP members receive priority when limited or newly released products become available for preorder.

Products are allocated to members according to membership status and order date, helping VIP members receive high-demand equipment sooner.

Priority on Backordered Products

When backordered products arrive, active VIP orders are prioritized according to order date.

This gives members earlier access to products that have been difficult to keep in stock.

Benefits are available only to active Double U Exclusive Members and are subject to eligibility, availability, exclusions, deductibles, and other program limitations.
