After waiting a month for some simple collars to show up I was forced to order some from another company I have always ordered them from double you but my last two orders took forever and this order never showed up sad to see a great company fall off like this. I know with Shipping Rates increases we have seen much slower and expensive Shipping times. Regarding you Order this is the first time we have learned of a problem with the order. I've done some research on this to try and see if we messed up somewhere. Upon seeing this review and checking this morning, You are very correct your order was not delivered after almost a month. We did ship out your Order the same day Using UPS ground (As you selected) on the same day. You are correct it appears UPS Lost your package 3 days after receiving it with no further updates. It's been 3-4 weeks now without any updates. This Review is the first we have heard of the problem. We responded to you after hours on Sunday, and We have contacted UPS first thing Monday, and we have and will ship your full replacement order first thing this morning to you. In the Future if you could give us a call we would be happy to have worked on this problem sooner and gotten your package to you much quicker. I'm very sorry that this happened to your order. However, being that Double U resides in the same state i live in i consider that "local" business, (being a business owner in Wa), this is important to me. I needed another Garmin handheld and one more collar for an added rabbit running Beagle. I called them up for some advice and was taken care of.
