To manage your Dog Alerts on your Garmin Astro 430 please follow these steps
  1. Go to main menu
  2. Select "Setup"
  3. Select "Dogs"
  4. Select " Dog Alerts"
  5. At this point you will be able to manage the following Dog Alerts: on point alert, treed alert, GPS lost alert, lost communication alert, and the Bark alert. For each of these alerts, you will be able to customize them with these available options: vibrate, vibrate and tone, tone, message only, or turn them off all together.
