My name is Jacob Shipley. I am the founder and owner of Full Flight Kennels out of Denmark, SC. We breed German Shorthaired Pointers, train all breeds of dogs for various things, and we offer guided quail hunts for all walks of life. Growing up I was a part of my highschool’s FFA Chapter and that was about the extent of my outdoor lifestyle. Hunting and fishing were not practiced in my household growing up. My love and passion for hunting, outdoors, and dog training started in my early years of college. In my sophomore year of college I bought my first shorthair. This was the turning point in my outdoor career. This one dog changed my life and still
does to this day. This one dog started a business, allowed me to meet so many individuals, travel, and helped me get through college. If I am not in the kennels working with my personal or client dogs I can be found working with plantation owners in the state of South Carolina to increase our bob white quail numbers, editing video footage of our hunts, talking to existing or potential clients, or dreaming about the next big hunt I am planning for.
