Sometimes adding a new TT15 collar or handheld to your tracked devices can cause interference with your own handheld's transmission. The best way to avoid this is to allow your Garmin unit to pick a Contact ID for your device that does not conflict with the ID of any other devices transmitting in the area.

  • You can find your contact ID by tapping the Power Button on the left-hand side of your unit, and pressing My ID.
  • This will take you to your Pairing Setup screen
  • Select ID.
  • Your 200i will automatically scan for an ID number that does not conflict with any of your added contacts or tracked collars

You can also get to your Pairing Setup menu from your Contacts.

  • From your 200i's Main Menu screen, go to your Dog List
  • Switch to your Contacts tab
  • Tap the ≡ icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
  • Select Pairing Setup
  • Select ID
  • Your Alpha 200i will automatically begin scanning for an ID that does not conflict with any tracked devices in your handheld.
